Safety Procedures

Our hotel is certified by the health organization, fully paying the health protocols provided by the Health Organization for the treatment of Covid-19. In this context, the instructions and information of our customers are:

• Check-out is until 11:00 and check-in is from 15:00.
• Non-residents are not allowed in the rooms.
• Rooms are cleaned during the stay only at request of the guests and if they are not present in the room.
• The change of clothes and towels or amenities of the rooms are carried out only at request of the customers and with special procedures that we will inform you upon arrival.
• Decorative items and mass used items have been removed from the rooms.
• All commonly used utensils have been removed from the rooms, such as magazines and catalogs which you supply individually and then return for disinfection before the use by another customer.
• All items in the mini-bar have been temporarily removed
• Breakfast is extended from 07:00 AM up to 11:00 AM
• The buffet is served only by our staff, who carry the appropriate M.A.P. dressing or on a disc in special cover by preference.
• The distances of tables or chairs to our beach and coffee bars have been configured to comply with the specifications
